- Notarization of all real estate transactions in the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft, incl. establishment of condominium ownership and reservation of rental contracts in the land register

- Preparation of property purchase and easement contracts for the whole of Switzerland, as well as organization and coordination of notarization with a notary public at the location of the property.

Our notary's office calculates its fees in the canton of Basel-Stadt in accordance with the Ordinance on the Notary's Tariff of 19 June 2001 (as at 1 January 2013), and in the canton of Basel-Landschaft in accordance with the ordinance valid there.
